An art exhibition under the theme of the Yangtze River, as a sub-event of theupcomingYangtze River Culture and Art Season, will be held at the Hubei Museum of Art in Wuhan on Sunday.
Theexhibition is co-hosted by the ChineseArtists Association, thePublicity Department of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee, theDepartment of Culture and Tourism of Hubei Province, the Hubei Provincial Federation of Literature and Art Circles, and jointly organized by the Hubei Provincial Artists Association andthe Hubei Museum of Art.
A total of 108art works, produced by artists from provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of the Yangtze River Basin, will be displayed at theexhibition. These works cover a variety of painting categories, including Chinese paintings, oil paintings, woodblock paintings, watercolor, lacquer paintings andexperimental images.
